Why is EduFlow so affordable?

What happens when I reach 100 students?
Everything you already have keeps working exactly as it is — no data is touched and no feature switches off. To admit student number 101 you just need room for them: add a seat pack (+25, +50 or +100 students), or move to Growth when that works out cheaper. Tap the pack you want and WhatsApp opens with your centre details already filled in; we reply with payment details and switch the seats on the same day. The app shows your remaining seats well before you run out, so an admission is never held up by surprise.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like and we adjust the difference on your next bill. No upgrade fee, no re-setup, no data migration. Your students, fees and history stay exactly where they are.
Can I bring my existing Excel list?
Yes. EduFlow has a built-in importer — upload your Excel or CSV file and every student, parent contact and batch is created in one go. It takes a few minutes, you do it yourself whenever you like, and nothing is retyped. If the file needs tidying first, we'll show you exactly what the columns should look like on your demo call.
Can I cancel anytime?
Any time, from your own account. Cancelling stops the next bill and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — there is no cancellation charge and no lock-in contract. Export everything to Excel in one click before you go: every table downloads on every plan, including Free, so your data leaves with you.
I'm not technical. Can I really use it?
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use EduFlow. We set the center up for you, import your students and walk you through it on a call. Most owners are collecting fees through it the same week.
Do I pay extra for WhatsApp messages?
No — on every plan, including Free. The message opens ready-written on your own WhatsApp with the parent's name, the amount and your UPI QR filled in, and you press send. Unlimited, from your own number, at no cost.
Are the WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
EduFlow prepares them automatically — every morning the Automation engine queues fee-due, overdue, absence and birthday messages with the parent's name and amount already filled in. You open the Outbox, glance through, and tap send — each message goes from your own WhatsApp. Nothing ever goes out without your tap, and that final tap is exactly why the messages are free and unlimited: they come from your number, not from a paid messaging API, so there are no per-message charges and parents see a message from someone they know.
I run several activities in one center. Does that work?
